IMPORTANT ~ Sorry these are a bit heavy, but genuine sellers should have no fear!

These SIM packs are supplied on the basis that they are for re-sale, not for personal use. Please get prior approval from the network concerned if you wish to connect more than 3 SIMs in one persons name or 5 at one address.

  There are strict limits on the number of sims we can ship to any one customer/address. Please visit our Ebay shop's main page for the maximum numbers we can supply on a casual basis. If you wish to purchase large quantities for resale please contact us in advance so when can advise. These monthly limits are in total from all registered wholesalers not just us, so purchasing from a number of sellers may result in orders being cancelled.

Expiry dates: All sims have a limited shelf life, so although all our sims are brand new stock with shelf a shelf life of at least 6 months, usually much longer, we recommend that you do not stock more than you can sell in a three month period.

Please be aware that all sims, no matter where you purchase them, remains the property of the issuing network at all times. In real terms what is actually being sold is a "connection to the service". Any free credit given also remains the property of the network until used by the end registered user.

 Number checking - When a SIM card makes an active event (such as making a call), the SIM then has 90 days of validity left. Unless it is used and topped-up before the 90 expiry period it will disconnected and useless after this. Most SIMs have the numbers printed on the packaging (not Orange or Vodafone). If you need to know the mobile number of a Vodafone sim you can dial *#100#, however checking the number will set the 90 days running on most networks. Therefore unsealed packs can give you problems. All of our packs are sealed.

Gold Numbers - Due to inappropriate activity, the Networks Distribution process has removed many of the so called 'Gold Numbers' from the boxes of sims.  The gold numbers we have for sale are purchased from a seperate company and not removed from our main stock

 Also note, if your customer wishes to retain a particular number, it must be registered with password protection, a top-up and a chargeable call made - then make a call before every 90 days is up. Otherwise it can easily be stolen. Customers may request a PAC number from the issuing network to take the number to another network.

Loaded credit & offers - Please note, all of our products are official products and are delivered with the standard credit and offers currently available. All SIM serial numbers are recorded for tracking purposes and and as a registered wholesaler we are required to report any improperly used details. This may lead to us and/or the Network declining future business from you.

Connection rates: Please make sure, wherever possible, that the majority (70%+) of your sims have been connected before purchasing new stock. Buyers with constantly low connection rates may have future supplies stopped by the networks who now track every sim. Equally customers with good connection rates and a buying history can request to have their monthly allowance increased if required. 

Payment ~ We only accept PayPal as means of payment. 

Despatch ~ All items are despatched within one working day (Monday to Friday) of receiving a cleared payment.We only despatch to UK addresses. Whilst we always despatch as stated, we have no control over Royal Mail!

Postage ~ In most cases we offer at least 2 methods of carriage. When free P&P is offered it is via standard 2nd class post. For a small extra charge you can upgrade to 1st class post. Royal Mail advist that 2nd class takes 3 to 6 working days, 1st class 1 to 3 working days. Larger parcels (20+ sims) are sent via Parcel Force. PF48 takes 2 to 3 working days, PF24 takes 1 to 2 working days.

Feedback ~ In the highly unlikely event that you have a problem with your purchase please contact us before leaving neutral/negative feedback and we will always try and resolve any genuine problems. Our feedback is automatically generated, when you leave positive feedback the compliment will be returned within a few minutes.

Quoted Tariffs ~ Please note that tariffs shown are only meant as a guide. Whilst we always try and keep up to date with details shown, the Networks often change what is available. Whilst these are brand new sealed sims, they can only be connected to a tariff available on the day of connection/registration.

Handsets: ~ Please make sure your handset is unlocked to accept the sim being purchased.

Faulty - We have never had any faulty SIMs, but In the highly unlikely event of a faulty batch, we will of course exchange them upon receipt.  Without meaning to sound rude, when a sim appears faulty it is always, to date anyway, human error!
