Any defective goods will be replaced or fully refunded. Any auctions that inclde items of underwear, swimwear or lingerie are non-refundable. We offer partial refunds for non-defective costumes & outfits that customers wish to return. We will refund the entire balance minus £3.00 to cover our costs. We have advertised these costumes & their respective sizes as accurately as possible, please scrutinize size charts before ordering. Please understand that we make very slim margins on our costumes.
