Count up the number of louvres you need to replace the chain on - remember you'll need 2 links for each louvre (one for each side).

To order simply select buy it now, and enter the number of pacls of 100 links you want to order.  Postage is charged at 65pence for one pack of 100 links, additional packs are charged at 49 pence.  This will be automatically calculated when you select buy it now and enter the quantity required.  PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU SELECT THE CORRECT SIZE REQUIRED

Your new chain will be despatched the same day by post.

Our stabilising chain will fit most bottom weights, in the unlikeley event that it doesn't fit your blinds please return it to us for a full refund (Excluding postage charges)

We try to answer any questions as soon  as possible, however our normal hours are 8am-4pm Monday – Thursday and 8am-3pm Fridays.  Outside these hours we will respond as soon as possible the next working day..

 REPLACEMENTS

We will replace any faulty items free of charge however we cannot replace items which have been mis-measured.  Please therefore take care when measuring for your blinds and if in any doubt please contact us for advice

 DELIVERY

We try to deliver your blinds as soon as possible however please remember that these are not 'off the shelf'  items and are custom made.
Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

Delivery is by TNT or APC and your blinds will need signing for on delivery.  Please check the packages carefully and if any damage is apparent please sign the drivers delivery document accordingly.  We cannot be responsible for replacing damaged goods which have not been signed for as damaged. ANY SHORTAGES OR DAMAGE MUST BE NOTIFIED TO US WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY

TNT will make 3 attempts to deliver and if unsuccessful will return the goods to us and additional delivery charges will apply.  We will email you on the day of despatch through Ebay messages.
