The Buy it Now price is for one metre of 100% cotton bedford cord fabric. The fabric is approximately 45" (112cm) wide.

The colours of the fabric are well represented in the images, but please be aware of the limitations of digital images and colour, especially when it comes to fabric and that different monitors and personal settings can display the same fabric in very different ways.

Bedford cord is like a really fine corduroy, with a fine banding running lengthwise through the fabric.

This fabric was originally manufactured in the USA and imported to the UK as a patchwork quilt cotton. It is a nice, soft, lightweight cotton fabric suitable for a myriad of uses. It previously retailed at £4.99/metre. We are currently selling two other patterns in this fabric and have over 800 metres in total to clear, hence the low price.

As with all my eBay listings, postage is charged exactly at cost, with no charge for packaging. We do not make money on shipping.

Please note that from February 2009, eBay has forced us to set postage amounts for each listing but as we charge postage at cost we cannot list in set increments because Royal Mail doesn't work like that.  Therefore postage will be charged as detailed below.  However, this means you will have to please wait for an invoice before payment otherwise it becomes very complex to rectify postage charges.

UK postage for this fabric is as follows: 1 metre - £1.62 (First Class), 2 or 3 metres - £2.14 (First Class), 4 or 5 metres - £2.65 (First Class), 6 metres - £3.25 (First Class), 7, 8 or 9 metres - £4.41 (Royal Mail Standard Parcels), 10 or more metres will be sent with DHL at the following rates:

UK Highlands and Islands £10.70
UK Northern Ireland £10.70

Postage always combined on multiple items to the following UK maximum:
UK Mainland £8
UK Highlands and Islands £10.70
UK Northern Ireland £10.70

International buyers welcome but please ask for postage costs before purchasing.Our fabrics are discounted 80 - 95% but they still weigh the same!
