Terms and Conditions

1)       We only ship to the address on Paypal. If you require a specific address to ship the order to, please make sure that you enter this in the Paypal confirmation before confirming payment. We will not ship to any other address under any circumstances

2)       Once you place an order, you are binding into a legal contract. So do not buy or bid unless you intend to complete the purchase.

3)       We will pursue all unpaid items 10 days of payment not being received.

4)       Although we ship very fast we do not guarantee a specific date or day for delivery as that is in the hand of the Royal Mail or the delivery company as used.

5)       Special delivery can be arranged for an additional cost and must be paid for at the time of purchase.

6)       There is no special Delivery service or courier service on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays

Returns and Faulty Goods Policy

1)       We offer a no quibble 14 day money back guarantee for all goods shipped correctly that are not required. The buyer will be responsible for the return postage and packaging charges at their expense. Also for item that have a postage cost charged for shipping the item out, that amount will not be refunded as we have already paid that item for it to be shipped out. For items that have Free Post & Packaging charges, a deduction of 22% will be ducted for post and packaging charged from the amount paid and the balance will be refunded to the original method of payment. EXAMPLE Item Cost £19.99 + free P&P, if item returned, £16.00 will only be refunded. £5.00 will be deucuted for postage and packaging.

2)       For items which are faulty on receipt, you must notify us within 14 days by e-mail through ebay only.We will then issue you with a FIT number for reference and that will should be quoted on all future correspondence. Faulty items should be returned to us with 14 days at the buyers expense and upon receip we will either replace or refund the item subject to confirming that he item is faulty.

3)      If a wrong item is received, the item must ne returned to us within 7 days of receipt and we will send the correct item and also refund the minimal postage charges that are required to return the parcel to us. This is usually second class post. If a faster service or a more expensive method ot postage is used to return the item, we will only refund the minimum amount it would have cost to send the item back to us and not the actual price paid.

NON DELIVERED, UNDELIVERD OR RETURNED PARCELS

1)      For all parcels that are returned to us by the Royal Mail as undelivered because no one was at home 0r the buyer failed to contact the Royal Mail to have the parcel re-delivered or collected, we will refund the price of the product only and not the postage charges as they would have been paid.

2)      If the item was with free Post & Packaging Charges, we will deduct 20% from the total price to cover post and packaging charges.

3)      If the item was sent by courier, we will deduct the courier charges x 2 as we get charged for sending the goods out and also for having the goods returned to us.

4)      BY BUYING FROM US YOU AGREE TO THESE CHARGES AND CONDITIONS

5)    ROYAL MAIL DO NOT CONSIDER A PARCEL LOST UNTIL 15 WORKING DAYS HAVE PASSED FROM THE TIME OF SHIPPING. THIS IS THEIR RULE AND NOT OURS. SO WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REPLACE OR REFUND AN ITEM NOT RECEIVED UNTIL THE 15 WORKING DAYS HAVE BEEN PASSED.
