I endevour to post every day so once payment is made I normally post  in the morning of the next working day.  I sometimes post on Saturdays although this is not guarenteed.  I only post via recorded delivery for both my protection and yours so please dont ask for normal delivery as this is not possible.  I try and keep my postage costs  resonable but please bear in mind that this is a business and not a hobby for me so all aspects of postage has to be taken into account. Packaging ,postage ,transport costs and time and effort.

If you dont agree with the postage cost then I would appreciate it if you didnt bid rather than be dissapointed.

I do give discount for multiple purchases so always request a total before paying as retrospective discounts cannot be made

Also , I always inform you when the item is posted to you so please try and make arrangements for someone to be in as postage will have to be made again if the item is returned to me or a refund will be made LESS the postage cost incurred by me

All items must be returned in the same condition as they left. They must be returned to me via recorded delivery and the buyer is responsible for postage and packing the item,
