Refund
Refund is allowed as long as you inform us your intention within 7 days of item arrival. There is no exact way to measure this 7-day period. It will be judge according to reasonableness. 
You will have to send back the item to us before we can issue the refund. 
For every refund, there will be an administration fee of £1.00 plus the actual postage price on the package when we originally sent the item to you. 

Exchange or Replacement
 
Exchange or replacement is allowed as long as you inform us your intention within 7 days of item arrival. 
You will have to send back the item to us before we can exchange or replace the item. 
Depending on each situation, there will be an administration fee ranging from FREE to £1.00 plus the actual postage price on the package when we originally sent the item to you for the purpose of exchange or replacement.
 
Send the Item Back
In the event where you are required to send the item back for refund, exchange or replacement, you are responsible to send the item back to the us and if required, we are responsible to send back the new item to you.. 
You will have to send back the item to us in its original condition, original packaging, unused, undamaged and in resalable condition. Failure to do so will result in 're-packaging'  fees that are deducted from the total refund. The fees varies depending on the condition of the item when it arrives to us. The fees will be a reasonable one. 

During the sending back process, buyer has to at least obtain the free certificate of posting from the post office with a valid receipt of postage paid. This is necessary is case there is any dispute as to the posting back of the item.
Your Delivery Address
Please make sure you have provided us with the correct and full address. 

In the event that the item is being returned to us due to your failure to accept delivery or collect the item from your nearest post office, you are responsible to pay for the cost of re-posting.
