What Happens after I Buy this Item?

When you have commited to buying these garments, we will e-mail you a form to fill in, telling us exactly how you want your printed garments to look. Then as soon as we receive the completed form back (along with cleared payment), we will start on your personalised goods!

When you order, please make sure you know:

• The Colour of Text (one colour only)
• Layout of chosen text (angled, centered etc)

Sales Policy

As soon as you confirm that you wish to buy this product, you are entering a legally binding contract to purchase this item. Failure to establish a payment method within 3 days of commiting to buy will result in a "non-paid item" disput being opened after 15 days against the non paying ebayer with ebay.

U.K. EBAYERS ONLY. Paypal is our prefered method of payment (UK Pounds Sterling ONLY). We do accept personal cheques and postal orders although we can not be held responsible for any getting lost in the post. We recommend sending these types of payment via Recorded Delivery.

Shipping

U.K. DELIVERY ONLY. Your t-shirts will be sent by next day courier service when completed. We aim to have all of our Products dispatched within 7-10 working days of receiving payment, but larger orders can take slightly longer. Any transactions that take place on weekends and public holidays, will be processed the next working day.

Returns Policy

As these products are custom made to order, we can only accept returns for faulty garments and errors on our part. Because these garments are made to your specifications, we are unable to offer refunds. Replacements will be sent as soon as faulty garments are received. We are unable to offer refunds on postage. We must be e-mailed within 7 days of receiving goods and they must be returned within 14 days.

All images and personal information provided by you will only be used for the purpose of designing and producing the printed garment. Images and contact information may be kept on file solely for the purpose of re-ordering. We can assure you that this information will not be passed on, sold, rented or loaned to any third party.
