100 Fossil shark teeth From the Ouled Abdoun region, Morrocco. Eocene period, 50-56 million years old. Various species are represented including Carcharias hopei, Odontaspis substriata and Striatolamia macrota (Extinct Sand Tiger sharks). Sizes range from around 10-25mm (picture background is square centimetres for scale). The Buy It Now price is for 100 hand-selected 'imperfect' teeth - you will receive 100 teeth of similar size/quality to those pictured. The actual enamelled parts of all the teeth are intact but all have some imperfection which prevents me from selling them as perfect - some will have very minor damage, perhaps just missing side cusps, others may have sections of root missing. Ideal for jewellery making, craft work or as an addition to an existing fossil collection. I always try to post items within 24hrs of cleared payment. |
