Shipping
Locations
In order to serve you better, save on shipping costs, and to help your products arrive in a more timely manner, we do ship from several warehouses conveniently located throughout the United States. This is why we don't list a specific location for our items. For example, a customer in Boston orders a shirt. We might have the shirt available in our Georgia, California, Colorado, and New Jersey warehouses. In this case, we would ship it from the New Jersey warehouse, so the customer would receive the shirt in a more cost effective and timely manner.
Combined Rates
We are more than happy to combine shipping costs on all purchases, whenever possible. On occasion, we will be unable to combine shipping costs for items that are not available at the same warehouse. We will make every attempt possible to ship all items.
Rush
Orders will normally ship within 2-3 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and holidays) of the order being placed, using the selected shipping method. Please understand that we cannot guarantee to ship out the same day or following day. When the order is prepared, we will ship using the method you have selected. All orders placed before 2:00 PM, EST (Monday-Friday), will begin processing the same day. If you choose to use an expedited shipping method, we will make every attempt to get your order out as quickly as possible, however, processing could still take 2-3 days before shipping the order.
Costs
To calculate the cost of shipping for any particular item, please click on the "Shipping & Payments" tab, at the top of the listing. There, you will see a form to calculate the shipping costs for you. Simply choose your country, and enter your ZIP/postal code, and you will be provided with shipping costs for a variety of shipping methods. Any combined shipping costs can be automatically calculated when you check out via eBay.
Returns/Exchanges
Please be sure of your sizes before ordering! A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns and exchanges. If a return is necessary, please contact us within 72 hours of your receipt of the shipment. Orders are not eligible for return if we are not notified within 72 hours of your receipt of the shipment. Returns must be unworn, in brand new condition, with all tags still attached, and in the original packaging.
You MUST contact us within 72 hours of receipt of the shipment to obtain a Return Authorization number. Please DO NOT send back any returns without contacting us first, and receiving a Return Authorization code, as well as the proper address to ship the returns to. This is very important, as we regularly ship items from our several warehouses, nationwide. The return address on the package you receive may not be the proper address for the warehouse to return your items. Additional shipping costs will be deducted from any refunds for orders returned to the wrong warehouse.
When shipping your returns to us, we advise that you obtain a tracking number for the package. We are not responsible for returns which we do not receive. Returns must be received in our warehouse no later than 1 week after providing a return authorization.
Returns will not be eligible for a refund or exchange if they do not meet all of the above criteria. Depending on your method of payment, credits may take up to 2-3 weeks to appear on your statement.
Any items sold as "used" or "pre-owned" are final sales, and returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

We have warehouses located throughout the United States, and regularly work with manufacturers of all types of products. Chances are that we'll either know where to get a particular item, or where we can get it made for you.
