We are based in the UK and dispatch smaller items by Royal Mail. Please add postage and handling as detailed above. Insurance for this item is available for £1 for UK deliveries. Optional Insurance is available in the UK at £1 for order values below £50 and £2 for order values between £50 and £200. Otherwise our liability is limited to providing certified proof of posting. FAULTY GOODS. All goods are new unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us carriage paid WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. The item will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
NON FAULTY GOODS. We accept the return of goods* that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for exchange. These items must be returned to us carriage paid in original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt. P & P or carriage on exchange/replacement item is chargeable.
RETURNS FOR REFUND. These items* must be returned to us unused with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned carriage paid. Refund of purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made.

*Some products including headphones, cut length cables and all software are excluded from return unless faulty. Your Statutory Rights are not affected.
