When sending print files please use the formats shown only!
We do not check files for your personal details/Business details Accuracy so Double & TRIPLE Check them.
Therefore we cannot accept any responsibility for spelling mistakes made by you,
Size:: Add 1mm of bleed (extra space on the edge of the printed area) to your chosen format (for posters 3mm, for magazines/brochures 5mm).
Please set text and any important information at least 3mm from the edge (5mm for posters, 7mm for magazines/brochures).
Line weight (thickness) should not be less than 0,08mm 0,25 pt.
Negative lines should have a line weight of at least 0,17 mm or 0,5 pt.
Format of your IMAGE files : No MAC- files!
All files must be sent with CMYK-colour settings.
Use the following formats only: JPEG, TIFF or PDF (ISO PDF/X- 1a: 2001).
With vector graphic formats all text must be converted to paths!
Set up pixel images with a MINIMUM 240 dpi to avoid loss of quality during printing.
For the alteration of incorrect files, we charge EXTRA
Add 50% more cyan to black areas for a richer colour image.

Please note:
To print on only 1 side please upload 1 file and STATE 1 IMAGE/file in your email.
To print a different image front and back please email 2 separate files in separate emails and STATE 2 IMAGES/FILE in each email so i know to keep an eye out.
If you would like the same image front and back please either upload the image twice calling one 'front' and the other 'back', or Say SAME IMAGE BOTH SIDES in your Email
Faulty files or files that have not been received can lead to delays in delivery! Reprints, even when using the same file can never be 100% identical.
