We endeavour to send out the goods on the following day after payment has cleared. However we ask that you allow at least 3 working days for your orders to go through the necessary processes and allow for any courier delays. We also ask that once you receive your item and you are satisfied, that you leave positive feedback to help us with any other transactions.

We will deal with any claims which will be made through the courier if this situation occurs. On claim completion we will issue the customer with a new product or a full refund if this cannot be achieved.

If you need to return any non faulty goods then you the buyer are responsible for the shipping charges. Delivery is a service and therefore non refundable. Any goods which are found to be faulty within the warranty period will be refunded or replaced .
