Terms of trading, so boring but oh so important!

Payment ~ We only accept PayPal as means of payment. Please do not ask for an alternative method of payment after an auction has been won. Please pay within 3 working days. If payment is not received within 5 working days we reserve the right to cancel the sale and leave negative feedback. Please note that our auctions only allow bidders with PayPal accounts to bid. We only accept bids from UK registered ebayers.

Despatch ~ Almost all items are despatched within one working day of receiving a cleared payment from a customer with a "confirmed" address on their PayPal account. If your address is "unconfirmed" this may delay despatch by 24/48 hours for security reasons. We only despatch to an address given to us by PayPal. If your address is "confirmed" then we will send to an alternative address if requested, but this request must be via the PayPal message box sent with payment. Seperate emails will not be accepted. We do NOT offer a collection facility. For purchases of 50+ sims, as an added security measure for both parties, please supply a landline phone number when making payment. We only despatch to UK addresses.

Postage ~ In most cases we offer at least 2 methods of carriage. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post unless an insured service is choosen: Recorded, Special or Standard with the Optional insurance offered. Larger parcels are usually sent via Parcel Force 48; this service includes basic insurance. Our P&P costs are based on averages across range and include postage, packaging & labour, they are not negotiable. These prices are for UK mainland only, please add £10 for NI, Scottish Highlands or any UK island ~ Sorry.(ie Other Courier rate)

Feedback ~ After many years of trading we only ever issue feedback once received. This is automatically generated, so no requests when payment is made please! In the highly unlikely event that you have a problem with your purchase please contact us before leaving neutral/negative feedback and we will always try and resolve any genuine problems.

Quoted Tariffs ~ Please note that tariffs shown are only meant as a guide. Whilst we always try and keep up to date with details shown, the Networks often change what is available. Whilst these are brand new sealed sims, they can only be connected to a tariff available on the day of connection/registration. If you are looking for a particular tariff option, please confirm availability with the Network directly before purchasing, as we are unable to take responsibility for tariff changes which are beyond our control. 

Fraud! ~ In an effort to crack down on fraud within the mobile industry, we are unable to supply more than 200 sims of any one Network to any one customer each month. If you wish to purchase large quantities on a regular basis and you are a legitimate reseller, please contact us for advice. We reserve the right to cancel a sale and return funds if we are concerned that a possible fraud is taking place.

Handsets: ~ When inserting these SIMs into a branded phone or locked to another network, the handset may need to be unlocked by a local independent dealer. Prices vary but typically can be £5 to £10 depending on the model. For some of the older Nokias, these can be unlocked online for FREE. Search Google for 'Free Nokia Unlocking'. Some of the latest Nokias are not readily unlocked.

Phone numbers:~ You should be aware that at all times the SIM card itself and its phone number remains the property of the Network. You are paying for a service (The Connection Pack).

Shelf life:~ When a SIM card makes an active event (such as making a call), the SIM then has 90 days of validity left. Unless it is used and/or topped-up before the 90 expiry period it may be disconnected and useless after this. Most SIMs have the numbers printed on the packaging (not Orange or Vodafone). If you need to know the mobile number (e.g. Vodafone) you can dial *#100# without the 90 days starting.

Validity - Unless stated the SIMs will have at least 3 months validity left. Most have 9-11 months. Orange has a longer shelf life, however due to the printed info contained within, it is better to make sure they get used soon as possible. We suggest you only stock what you can sell in a two month period.

Faulty - We have never had any faulty SIMs, but In the highly unlikely event of a faulty batch, we will of course exchange them. Please note that Orange SIMs are not active until registered at the network, so they will not find a signal before this. Without meaning to sound rude, when a sim appears faulty it is always, to date anyway, human error!

Basis of Wholesale supply:~ These SIM packs are supplied on the basis that they are for re-sale, not for personal use. Please get prior approval from the Networks if you wish to connect more than 5 SIMs in one persons name or 10 at one address. These SIM Packs are  supplied for introducing genuine customers to the Network. They are not provided for using up registration or top-up credit. All reseller details have to be supplied to the network (when requested), and are abuses are investigated by them. Please be aware that call locations are traceable to within 10 metres. Each handset IMEI is also recorded and many are traceable. These SIM Packs are for use and re-sale in the UK only. They can only be exported by prior consent
