Payment ~ We ONLY accept PayPal as means of payment. We do not accept any other means so please make sure you are able to use PayPal prior to bidding. Only bidders with PayPal set up are allowed to bid on our auctions. Sorry, this is for security reasons and protects us and you from fraudulent transactions.  Please make payment within 3 working days. Non payment within 5 working days may result in the item being relisted and negative feedback being issued.

P&P Charges ~ Our P&P charges are based on averages across our range and the costs include not only the postage, but also the packaging material and labour costs. Please make sure you are happy with the charges prior to bidding. We do offer discounted P&P to customers purchasing more than one lot. A discounted invoice should automatically appear but if not we will send you a combined invoice showing all your purchases and the discounted P&P asap.

 Despatch ~ We always endeavour to despatch within one working day. All items are sent via Royal Mail. We do NOT offer a collection facility. We do NOT accept responsibility for items lost in the post. If you want your item insured please either use the standard post plus the optional insurance or the 1st class Recorded Delivery.

Returns Policy ~ All our products are sold as new. It is extremely rare for a sim card not to work ~ less than 1 in 10,000! If a sim does not work in your phone the problems is, in the vast majority of cases, that the phone is locked to another Network. Please make sure that your phone is able to accept a particular Network prior to ordering. If your phone is locked, most independent phone shops offer an unlocking service for a small charge. Should you actually receive a faulty sim card we will of course replace it.

Larger quantities ~ If you are looking for larger quantities of sims please check out our other auctions. We sell most UK Networks in singles, 5, 10, 20, 50 & 100 lots.

Feedback ~ We hope you are happy with your purchase and will give us positive feedback. Upon receipt of Feedback we will return the compliment. Please note that from many year experience we do not issue Feedback until received ~ Sorry. In the unlikely event that you do have a genuine problem with your purchase please email us before leaving negative feedback.

Stock Levels ~ Although highly unlikely Network reserve the right to switch off sims that have either not been activated within three months of production or not topped up or used to make a chargable call within 90/180 days of activation. Please therefore make sure you activate your sim within two months of receipt. If buying in larger quantities to resell we do not recommend that you purchase more than you can sell in a two month period.

Fraud ~ These sims are sold on the basis they will be used correctly by the purchaser or resold on to the end user. Please note that sims remain the property of the Network, you are paying for the connection pack and not the sim. If we have genuine reason to believe sims may be used fraudulently eg asset removal, we are required to either cancel the sale & refund monies, and/or forward details to the relavent authorities
