The wire i used under the plaster cloth is chicken wire you can buy it from any pet shop or D.I.Y store
The rocks are cut to shape plaster is used to glue rocks onto layout, once set use plaster around the rocks use a "paintbrush" to fill in any gaps
To paint the layout as seen make a wash colour, you need a small tube of oil paint BURNT UMBER and Turps, small blob of oil paint and half a cup of turps mix well and paint keep adding more when paint is dry for layer effect
Theres lots of ways to setup a train layout this is one of the easy ways
