Other than the comments below, I welcome feedback from anyone and I’m always happy to help out with any additional information you require.  If you have any issues with any product or aspect of the service you have received please contact me before leaving feedback, I will rapidly resolve any issues you have to the best of my ability and value your custom.  The information listed below is designed to make purchasing a product from  me as transparent as possible, I’m not trying to hide behind small print, I’m always as fair as possible and operate a level of service I would wish to receive from others,

*** Whilst the Royal Mail First Class service is fast it does not guarantee next day delivery, in my experience approximately 10% of items can take 2-3 days to arrive.  I use posting certificates to record dispatch, I can provide a scan of this document as proof of postage, but will no be held responsible for items going missing in the post, if optional postal insurance is not taken out.

*** All my prices are clearly shown and fully comply with eBay policy, with absolutely no hidden fees. Postage and Packaging fees are clearly marked and represent, the cost of posting, packing materials and a fee for my time to wrap items and hand over to a courier.  As this is clearly defined, please do not buy if you do not agree with this policy.

*** In the event of an item being faulty, I will replace the item if you wish or refund your money for the item, this will be full price you have paid inclusive of all fees including postage and packaging.

*** In the event of a packing error, I will replace the item with the correct item as soon as possible, any items you receive in error can be kept as I do not wish to waste your time returning items to me.

*** Due to high levels of spam and filtering, can you please contact me via eBay only as I cannot guarantee a response from my e-mail address linked to my Paypal account.

*** As mentioned above, I do not ship internationally, I have a drop off arrangement  with Royal Mail that covers UK postage only, I cannot extend this to international shipping, sorry but I will not reply to e-mails on this subject.

*** I do not offer a collection option, I do not have shop premises and operate solely on-line, anyone knocking at my door to look through stock will be turned away (it does happen).

*** In the event of a buyer purchasing multiple items, where appropriate, items will be consolidated into one package, in the event they go past the size or weight limit for the Royal Mail First Class service, an alternative service may be sought,  this may be a slower service and in the event of it being significantly cheaper, I will refund the difference.

*** When higher value items are dispatched, a signed for service is used, in the event of a courier having a signature from the address given by the buyer, this is confirmation the item is with the buyer, I will pursue the courier to the best of my ability and comply with any paperwork I am made aware of, but in the event of a dispute between buyer and courier on this subject, I will not provide a refund.

Unless otherwise stated, warrantee period is 30 days from dispatch.
