    We use Royal Mail and DHL as our delivery companies for national and international delivery. DHL tends to be used for items with increased value or weight. 
PLEASE NOTE: we do not ship to postcodes beginning in IV, HS, KA 27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH 49-50, ZE using the DHL service. Also included are BT, IM, TR21-25 and the Channel Island.

You cannot return the item if you have altered then in anyway, or they have been damaged after 45 days.
The item must be in the same condition as when it arrived with packaging and tags attached, if it doesn't we will not accept them back.

     Q: Hi can you please confirm that these are genuine Dymo lables, they need to have the Black shapes on the back and the cutouts on the backing to work in our label machine. Thanks Mitta
    A: Hi these are DYMO compatible labels I use them in my Labelwriter 400 Turbo and they are brilliant. They have the black shapes on the rear, 9 small rectangles and one large rectangle.
