We prefer Paypal as this is the safest way of conducting business via eBay. However, we will also accept Cheques and Postal Orders. If you wish to pay by any other means, please contact us before bidding. We will endeavour to accept any recognised payment, but will need to check that we can process it.

All payments should be made, where possible, within 7 days. If you need more time, please let us know - obviously, we can't hold items indefinitely, but no reasonable request will be refused.

All items are sent via Royal Mail. We try to send within 24 hours of your payment clearing, but please allow 72 hours for items to be posted. Items are posted Monday through Friday. If you require insurance, please use the Recorded Delivery option. Note that Recorded Delivery items are processed on Tuesdays and Fridays, so please allow for this in calculating when your item should arrive.

Yes, we do ship to your country! Half of the fun of eBay is not knowing where your next customer might be located!

If you bid, you are confirming that, should your bid be successful, you are willing to buy at the price you entered. Of course, mistakes do happen. If you wish to cancel a winning bid, you may do so, on the understanding that you cover all applicable eBay fees, plus £1 for the inconvenience.

Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

The item is not needed - if it is still in its sealed packaging, we will accept the item back. Postage WILL NOT be refunded, and we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee. If the item is not returned in its unopened packaging, we are unable to offer a refund.
The item is damaged or not working - return the item, together with all packaging, to us. If our engineer agrees, we will replace your item with an identical one, or one similar of greater value. If damage is confirmed, we reserve the right to refund the full purchase price, including postage, rather than replace the item. If damage cannot be proven, we will return your item.
