How long does it take to ship out orders?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 - 72 hours once payment is received.  Excluding weekends and holidays.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders always are shipped within 1 – 2 business days upon receiving you payment, Ships by “regular Air Mail” from Malaysia.

Can I track my order after it's been shipped?

However, we have no control over actual carrier shipping time. From our experience sometime its get 6 days to reach UK or Europe countries, sometimes its will get 21 business days to reach; It can take up to 7-14 days just to get through customs.  Once it gets over there, your country's postal system takes over, so shipping time is unpredictable.  Although this is an accurate estimate on average shipping time, actual shipping may be slightly vary due to factors such as customs, carrier routing, package traffic, and other unforeseen factors.  Unfortunately there are no tracking numbers available for Regular Airmail Shipments. 

We do offer a “trackable” shipment by add addition gbp1.00 for “registered post”, its more secure than regular airmail, however, when your country’s postal takes over, some might be able to trace but some don’t.

We also do offer Fedex international shipping, although its much more expensive than Airmail, is trackable and considerably faster in shipping time, typically 3 business days to UK 3 – 5 business day for most countries.

How much combine shipping discount offer?

We do combine shipping to save your money, you will get a gbp1.00 of shipping discount for the purchase of 2nd items onwards in a single order.

Eg. You have purchase 3 items with shipping cost for 1st Item gbp4.00, 2nd Item gbp3.00, 3rd Item gbp2.00

Calculation:- 1st item (or the highest postage) gbp4.00 + gbp2.00 + gbp1.00 = gbp7.00

You also entitled for bulk purchase discount if your purchase are above 10 items (however its depend on the items purchase), just wait for us to calculate and send you an invoice.

Most email are replied within a 24 - 48 hours period, excluding weekend and holidays.  Your questions and concerns and very important to us, and we will do our very best to reply back with a response as soon as we possibly can. 

What is the return and refund policy?

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly exchange it.  Shipping costs will need be repaid for exchanges. Returnable items must be received by us within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. Returned items must be received in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

Moneyback Quaranteed, however, no refunds will be offered for orders past 60 days.
