TWIN POD 10" WATER PURIFIER

One of the UK's best selling water purifiers for ponds and fish keepers.

The unit is brand new and comes complete with :-

  • Cartridge 1 - The pre-filter is a Sediment filter for removal of sand, silt, dirt and rust particles etc.  This acts to prolong the life of the solid carbon block filter. 
  • Cartridge 2 - The carbon block filter removes chlorine, chloramine, pesticides, chemicals, insecticides and minimal heavy metals. This is a solid carbon filter rather than granuals or cheaper versions.

Cartridge life is 8-10,000 gallons. 

Replacement cartridges of the quality supplied with the purifier can be obtained fromour ebay shop at a cost of £10 per set.  Thus making the cost of purifying your water 10p per 100 gall. 

 The flow rate is 1-2 gallons a minute.

  • Hose Connectors -  1/2" male barbed inlet and outlet Hose Connectors. Connects directly into any standard hose pipe.
  • Spanner - to tighten and undo pods.
  • Mounting Brackets - with screws to fix brackets to purifier.

Please note that the 1/2" female bsp threads inlet and outlet and connecting union must be assembled using PTFE tape and the unit must not be left full of water when exposed to frost.
