00Postage
Orders will
only be dispatched to addresses on Ebay accounts. Paypal accounts may
also be used in certain periods. Unfortunately we cannot accept change
of addresses via notes or e-mails. However if you should wish to have
the order sent else where, changing your address on Ebay will resolve
the matter.
Where the
Royal Mail is used*, the whole of the UK is covered by the charges stated
in the postage.
For ParcelForce
applications*, certain zones within the UK are not covered by the stated
postage. It is the buyers responsibility to adjust the postage value to
the value of the desired zone for delivery. Please see below:

00Agreement
We endeavour
to dispatch all orders at the first available opportunity after full
payment is received. Orders received before 13.00 hours Monday to Friday
will be dispatched that day*. Orders received after 13.00 hours will
be dispatched by close of business next day. Wednesday is the only exception,
where orders must be placed by 11.00 hours to be dispatched that day.
Otherwise orders thereafter will be dispatched the following day. Normal
business hours are 09.00 hours to 17.00 hours Monday to Friday. Orders
received after 11.00 hours on Friday will be dispatched on the following
Monday. Public holidays will generally be the only alternative reason
to affect the date and time of posting. A proof of posting will be obtained
for Royal Mail orders weighing less than 2Kg and will be posted 2nd
Class Post. Orders over 2Kg will be shipped with a 48 hour courier service.
Macro
Packaging LTD will not be responsibe for delays or non delivery by postal
or courier services so long as we have dispatched fully paid orders
within the stated working times, and hold a certificate of posting or
proof of shipment. All claims for non delivery must be substantiated
with an e-mail claim, stating value of order, order date, delivery address
and full name. This will be submitted with any claim should the need
arise. Should you experience a delay, please e-mail or call our office
on 01233 861000 between 09.00 and 17.00 hours Monday to Friday. Should
you not receive a response within 24 hours Monday to Friday, there is
a communication problem and you should try again.
