SHIPMENT AND POSTAGE COSTS:

CHANNEL ISLANDS, GUERNSEY, ALDERNEY, JERSEY, SARK etc. are NOT PART OF THE UK (or the EU) - please ask for a quote or pay stated fees to Europe!

All orders ship from the UK so no Customs Duty charges apply to EU customers.
UK mainland courier dispatch is usually by CITYLINK normally within 1 working day after cleared payment. Other couriers or Royal Mail items may take us longer to send. 
If you pay via Card or Paypal then items must be signed for and we will only deliver to the address shown on the payment. Requests to ship to third party addresses will be ignored and items will be shipped to the address on the payment. Items will not be left 'safe', with neighbours, etc. 
To get a P&P discount, please request a total BEFORE payment if you want to consolidate postage costs and ebay doesnt calculate the total correctly. We dont refund excess postage after payment is already made, or if you pay for items separately even though they might ship together.

DELIVERY:
UK CityLink delivery is usually next working day after dispatch. 
Specific UK delivery times - e.g. SAME DAY (Ask for Quote), before 7:30am (+£35), before 9:00am (+£15), Saturday am (+£12), next morning (+£3), next afternoon (+£3) are available on request for the additional fee. 
UK courier P&P INCLUDES TWO DELIVERY ATTEMPTS usually on the first 2 working days after dispatch. Once these have been made you must collect the item from your nearest courier branch within 3 days, or pay us for extra delivery attempts at £4 each. If you dont receive a card or item within 3 working days of dispatch you must contact us. 
Citylink charge for returns! If goods are returned undelivered then you agree that you will be refunded MINUS 2 WAY COURIER COSTS 
Physically damaged or opened items must be signed for as damaged or unchecked on delivery, or refused.
International delivery time depends on location; usually 2 - 5 working days.

We accept Online Credit Card Payments (ask for an invoice), PayPal, Bank or Building Society Draft, Postal Orders, International money transfer services, BACS, CHAPS or International Bank Transfer (sender to pay all fees) or £GBP only. Please send posted payments well wrapped and by a SIGNED FOR Postal service. 
If you send crossed POs then please allow 7 working days for them to clear before we will ship due to forgeries. 
We do not take card payments over the telephone. We do not accept personal or company cheques. We do not accept Escrow. 
Payments in *** £ GBP Pounds Sterling ONLY *** - no foreign currency is accepted. 

FEES:
Handling fees, packaging, shipping and insurance against loss are included in P&P costs. Postage is often only a small component of the total P&P charge. We do not pay Ebay final value fees on P&P so it enables us to offer a lower total price if we include all actual related costs in the P&P rather than in the item price.
Most auctions include 17.5% UK VAT and a full VAT invoice is available on request at the time of payment if the Ebay invoice is insufficient. We do not offer a VAT free export service as we pay a flat rate VAT on our turnover.
Buyers are responsible for any local taxes, customs duties, import requirements, etc. We help minimise costs where possible.

CONTRACT:
A contract shall not exist until we accept your offer and payment by shipping your item. E&OE.
The description, listed features and pictures are for guidance only and may not be exact as items may be subject to minor changes in design and appearance by the manufacturer.
P&P / Shipping is to be considered a separate contract to supply from the purchase of the goods.
The stated price for the item includes service charges that cover eBay final value and listing fees. In the event that you for whatever reason do not complete payment, or you claim a refund via Paypal or any other event occurs that results in a cancelling of your orginal payment for a purchase then you agree that we can deduct any unrecovered costs incurred such as eBay fees, courier fees and chargeback fees from any refund due or recover them from you directly as you have received the service that they were charged for.

RETURNS

REFUNDS AND RETURNS:
1. For UK sales - For 7 days after delivery of the goods you have the right to return unused goods for a refund. This means that you can externally inspect them but not unseal or use them (just like you would get to do when in a shop). Goods must arrive back within 7 days of your notice of return being received.
2. Returned items and accessories should be unopened, sealed, undamaged, unmarked, unused and resaleable as new - you have a duty of care for the item.
3. This right of return excludes custom ordered items such as cut to length cable and items with limited lifetimes such as event tickets.
4. Returns must be sent by you at your cost and risk. We recommend second class with proof of posting for light, low value items and insured Standard Parcels for anything heavy or valuable.
5. You agree that we can deduct our reasonable P&P costs incurred from a refund if we are not at fault or liable.
6. For failed / refused deliveries returned by the courier you agree that we can deduct reasonable TWO WAY courier charges and any ebay fees as above from any refund. You are required to collect the item from the courier after two failed delivery attempts.
7. All items have a minimum 1 year manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated. We will directly repair or replace at our discretion faulty items returned and received within 180 days of the purchase date. After this period, claims are via manufacturer's warranty which ranges from 1 year for general items and up to 6 years for high end amplifiers. We will assist you with Manufacturer warranty claims provided you have left positive feedback for us for the relevant transaction on eBay.
8. Failures due to abuse or misuse (e.g. stripped screw threads, snapped components, blown or heat damaged speaker coils, physical damage) is wear and tear not covered by us or under warranty. 
9. Refunds will be subject to deductions for your use of the item once items have been removed from sealed bags, marked, scratched or otherwise damaged, have striped / cut cables or are not as new in anyway. Please bench test items before installation if you want a full refund for a faulty / DOA item rather that a repair or replacement. 
10. You agree that that any eBay fees or other fees incurred may be deducted from a refund if you return an item but refuse a mutual cancel for the return.
