We use a Royal Mail 1st Class for most items under 1.5kg and DHL 24/48 hour delivery service, some items are delivered direct from manufacturer and delivery methods may vary, signature will be required for all order sent by courier  and some items sent by Royal Mail.

Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours of ordering, however we sell on multiple formats and on some occasions may take a little longer depending on stock availability, please contact us if you require orders urgently prior to ordering.

If your item is faulty please contact us via Ebay Messages or by phoning 01704 533112 to arrange replacement or refund. Returns accepted for unwanted items up to 14 days from date of purchase with full refund minus any postage costs (items must be in original packaging and fit for resale)
