Unless specifically stated on the listing, all of our  items are BRAND NEW, not recon or ex display and are carried as stock in our UK warehouse.

PAYMENT :-
Payment to be made within 3 days of  purchase.
If payment isn't received, a reminder will be sent 3 days after purchase. 
Ebay charges us service fees for all sold items - we will file a Non-Paying Bidder Alert on the 7th day after the auction ends if payment isn't received by this time.  
If we still have not received payment after this, we will turn the auction over to eBay for Final Value Fee (FVF) Reimbursement.

DELIVERY:-
IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT PARCELS CAN BE RECEIVED. Many carriers will not leave parcels without a signature.
If no one is in to sign for the parcel, the driver may leave the parcel with a neighbour or will leave a card instructing you to contact the local depot. YOU MUST FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE CARD.
If no contact is made, the carrier will return the parcel to us. THIS WILL RESULT IN FURTHER DELIVERY CHARGES BEFORE THE PARCEL CAN BE RE-SENT.
