Our postal charges are calculated on weight of item and based on Royal Mail or Courier costs, plus a very small additional amount for packaging. For multiple purchases we will try to combine items, where possible, to reduce your shipping costs, when you confirm to purchase an invoice will be generated - please wait for this invoice before making payment as it will show any postal discount. Although with Royal Mail's pricing system it does sometimes work out cheaper to send items individually due to size and weight. To avoid any subsequent misunderstandings, please note that importing goods from another country can mean that your national Customs authorities may charge you Customs Duty and/or other additional related taxes (for example a Value Added Tax or a Purchase Tax). I am not responsible for compensating you for payment of any such taxes. On any Customs forms, I declare the full purchase price as the value of the goods. I do not under declare values, or mark goods as a "gift".

I am confident you will be pleased with your products, but if you are not completely satisfied with your order, I offer a full and fair returns policy. Full details of my terms and conditions can be found on my shop page here but briefly -

I accept Paypal, personal cheques and postal orders. For orders with cleared payment, I aim to send out your order within 2 days, although most orders are usually dispatched much quicker but at busy times, such as pre Christmas, during strikes, bad weather etc I cannot guarantee this. I do not dispatch orders on Saturday or Sundays. When your order is received an email will be sent out notifying you of dispatch and the method of postage used together with expected delivery dates.

If you do require your order urgently or by a certain date PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE contact me BEFORE agreeing to purchase item so that I can advise on delivery times and any additional costs that may be incurred. If I have not agreed a guaranteed date for delivery with you or you have not paid the additional costs for a faster postal service before purchase, I accept no liability for goods that arrive after they are needed. Any goods returned because they arrived too late must be returned at your cost.

If items are faulty or not as described please email me within 3 days of receipt of order so I can rectify any problems. Replacement items will be offered, where possible, otherwise refunds will be issued. If we require the goods to be returned please return with their original packaging and shipped with sufficient postage. Proof of posting must be obtained and I accept no responsibility for the transit of goods being returned.

If you wish to cancel your order because it is no longer required or not suitable you must inform me before the end of the seventh working day after which the goods have been received. The goods should be returned within 14 days with their original packaging and the Buyer will be responsible for postage costs.

In all instances of return of goods these must be with the prior approval of Angelique4floristrysundries. A returns authorisation number will be issued together with full details of how to return item. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

For special orders, fresh flowers or personalised items these are not returnable and this will be stated in the listing, unless I have made an error or they have been received damaged or faulty.

Angelique4floristrysundries accepts no responsibility for the transit of goods being returned and lastly all Floristry sundries, unless stated otherwise, are made from artificial materials. Any references to flowers, leaves etc. relate to man-made products. All references to gold, silver, pearl, crystal etc. relate to colour and not the actual material of which products are made. Colours of items are manufacturers descriptions.

Return policy

For problems with orders please advise within 7 days of receipt by using the Ebay message.  For returns if ‘you have just changed your mind’ then delivery charges for goods are non-refundable and return postage must be paid for by you and returned to us within 14 days and in the condition it was received in. It is essential that you contact us prior to returning any item so we can issue returns authorisation number and full details of how to return item.
