"I really loved the interval training, pilates and the ballet section. They were all fairly challenging, and the phase was realtivly fast. So it would help, if you are fit or if you have some prior experience with ballet, pilates and interval training. Yoga was really well put together and provided some really great relaxation and some great stretches. The moves are pretty standard yoga moves such as the downward dog and the child pose. The only let down is the kickboxing routine. It just didn't work for me. If you want a really great kickboxing routine you should try Keli Robert's 10 minute solution kickbox bootcamp.

But all in all this is a great variation of different excercise styles with an instructor who seems to be really skilled in all of the styles. If you are a beginner you can start with only one 10 minute section a day, and then add them togther as you get fitter. Or for a really great full body workout, you can put all the 10 minute sections together."
