Returns And Refund Policy -
We must be notified in writing, of any potential returns to us, within 7 days of receipt of the goods, and we must recieve back returned items in good condition within 14 days from date of order.
We have the right to refuse any requested returns after 7 days from date of reciept, and any refund for returned items after 14 days from date of order.
All returns are sent back to us at your own cost, unless the wrong item has been despatched, or the item has been severeley damaged in transit, in which case we will arrange collection of the goods from your address.
On any order which has been delivered and you have changed your mind and wish to return the item, we can arrange collection from your chosen address, on a date at our discretion, for a charge, please enquire regarding this.
Items which are returned for a refund within the 14 day limit, will be eligible for a refund of the full payment price for that item only.
Please note, for items returned for any reason other than wrong item sent or faulty/damaged through transit, any sign of mis-use, bad treatment etc while in your posession then we have the right to refuse the refund.
