We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are dissatisfied with any of the goods you purchase you have up to 7 days after the goods dispatch date in which to request a return and refund. 

All returns MUST be arranged in advance via Ebay messages - we will provide a returns number to be used for the return - returns/refunds will not be accepted without a returns number. 

All returns must reach us within 14 days from initial dispatch date. Items received after 14 days will not be accepted for return. We cannot refund postage & packing charges and the cost of returning the goods shall be paid for by the customer. The customer shall be responsible for ensuring the return of goods and we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. 

To qualify for a refund, goods must be returned in their original condition, unused (with any seals and packaging intact) and in a re-saleable condition. We will not accept returns if goods and packaging are not in their original condition. This does not affect your statutory rights
