These are young starter plants in Jiffy 7's ready for potting up into 9 cm pots for growing on.  Do not remove the Jiffy bag, simply tear the side down a little without disturbing the root system and transplant.  Once established can be further transplanted to final flowering positions. 'Swingtime' is a trailing fuchsia which can be grown in baskets, window boxes and containers

These young plants are currently approximately at their fourth/fifth leaf stage and have been stopped once to encourage branching.  Keep moist until established but not overwet.
