We believe that your goods are our responsibility until you receive them and also that we're fully responsible for any losses or damage in the post.

We always obtain a proof of posting to show that an item has been sent. A refund will be issued after 15 working days have passed from the date of posting.

If the item is not as described, or if it is received damaged, just return it to us in the condition it was received within 14 days. We will reimburse the cost of return postage.

We will replace the damaged item when available or give you a full refund of the purchase price.

If the items just don't suit, or you have changed your mind - that's no problem! Just send them back and we'll provide a refund. The buyer has to meet the cost of return postage.

All items are normally dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received. The exception to this is the weekend when there is no postal service.
