The end result will be your childs very own work.

These are all about 4 x 6 inches or 10 x 15 cms.

The sand ones come with a picture already visible on the card. Peel off a sticker for one part of the picture, pour one of the tubes of sand (included) on the sticky area exposed and 'colour' it with the sand. Now repeat, peel off another sticker and reveal another part of the picture and again pour sand on THAT part, same colour or another. Continue until all the stickers have come off and the picture is now 'made of sand'! Very simple and very effective. Great for self esteem because the final result is very exciting but simple to produce.  :-)

The mosaic ones - Work in a similar way to the sand ones but they use double sided foam sticker and glitter instead of sand. So the end result is a 3D glitter picture. The pictures on these seem to be animals and transport.

Scratch a doodle - there is a lined picture on the cards, and a scratcher pen. You scratch the lines and a silver picture appears. These are probably for a slightly older child with a bit more concentration than the other two crafts. There are lots of designs circus pictures, teddies and animals. I am not allowed by e bay rules to offer you the choice of pictures as apparently that would be circumventing e bay fees - I don't understand either!

So if you buy one of these items I will try to send 10 different pictures. 3 sand pictures, 3 glitter mosaics, 3 scratch a doodle plus one more. They are all good fun ones.

New and sealed in packets.

If you buy more than 1 lot of 10 you will only pay £1 for postage on 2nd, 3rd etc.

As you can probably tell photography is not my strong point but honesty is, so if you have anything else you want to know? Just ask.

This is because when occasionally there has been a problem I have always tried to sort it out! Though occasionally some buyers haven’t realised that if they contact me (or hopefully any seller) we actually want to sort out the problems.  So PLEASE contact me if you are unhappy with my items or my service before leaving neutral or negative feedback. Give me a chance to put things right first!

Most of the problems I have had are because Royal Mail has lost the parcel. I do always get a proof of posting, but Royal Mail do not consider a parcel ‘lost’ until it is 15 days overdue. (25 days for an overseas parcel) Only THEN can I refund/replace etc. We have to allow Royal Mail to sort their problems first. But I feel it is only fair to say that apart from around the time of the strikes last year they have lost less than 30 parcels of mine - that's not bad really, considering how many I send out and I can tell from other sellers that this is a general problem.

Please note all Parcels posted through Royal Mail are insured for up to about £35 so for most of my items further insurance is not necessary.

It really hurts being left an unfair feedback. Please think about that if/when you leave negative feedback, I DO take it personally. I am honest, I bend over backwards sometimes to be reasonable, responsible and efficient but despite that as one of my buyers put it if it's not gold plated and delivered yesterday you can't please everyone! But I try hard to have only satisfied customers.

Please note I always try to post on the day or the day after I have received payment but life happens and so that is not always possible, but I try my best! I believe 95+% of my items are posted within 2 working days of payment. Here are a few feedback comments about speed of dispatch. (All these items were posted in the 2 week run-up to Christmas)

Please note about once a month I am often away for a couple of days, usually with access to a computer so I can probably answer queries etc, my staff are able to post out 99% of items but I’m unable to deal with some queries or problems on those days. Sorry but these are my respite breaks (I have 2 disabled children) and these are absolutely vital!! I do try to take them so there is as little disruption to e bay buyers as possible.

Postage costs - I try to be very fair about postage costs. The good news is, that if you buy more than one item from me I will usually reduce postage costs AND the more you buy the more the reduction. Please see postage costs quoted for this item on this listing. The bad news - e bay’s calculator is not flexible enough to mesh with Royal Mail’s charges so if e bay doesn’t combine postage automatically, or if you buy several different items or even if you have bought more than 3 of any one item, ask for an invoice, that way I can combine the postage costs. (The main exceptions are things that weigh almost 1 kg going second class, as Royal Mail have a policy that anything over 1kg cannot go second class. So I have to post separate parcels anyway. The main culprit there are the 25 x tablecloths. ) But for several smaller items, this usually means you get a big reduction AND I can post them first class. Just be assured I will do my best for you. In the past I have refunded over-payments when new/naive buyers have paid too much. That is currently running at about 6 refunds per day. But please it is much easier and more efficient if you request an invoice before you pay. Again it's that honest streak in me! I'll never be a millionaire. :-) 

Overseas customers – I am really sorry but I am no longer allowed to sell to the USA or Canada. My insurance company says they will not insure me if I do. Apparently you are too litigious as a nation for them. I am sorry but I need the insurance for my staff.  I am really sorry.

Italian Buyers – I have had more parcels go missing to Italy than the rest of the world put together, so I am sorry but I am now only willing to send to Italy with an extra insurance option. This will add £2 to the cost. Sorry L
