Despatch times are not the same as delivery times,  We are at the mercy of Our Couriers once your order has left our premises, royal mail second class is normally 3-5 working days, Please allow  at least five days before contacting us to chase your delivery.

Please don’t give us low ratings for despatch times based on delivery times.

Second class Royal Mail P&P is included for MAINLAND uk only, (certain postcodes excluded)

Customers in Northern Ireland & Ireland  please add £12.50 for carriage .

Any problems or queries with non delivery please submit by e-mail, For a faster reply please supply   – ebay ID , method of payment, order date, order value,  delivery address and full name.

If you wish to return your item, this must be within 7 working days, please return at your expense for a refund minus our initial postage costs.
