Payment
I accept all major Credit/Debit cards via PayPal. Payment is required at the time of purchase. I'm afraid I don't
accept payment by cheque, postal order etc.
Delivery
If you purchase before 5PM (often later) Monday to Friday your order will normally be despatched that day.
Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday & Sunday morning will normally be sent Sunday afternoon for delivery
Monday / Tuesday.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are clearly shown for each item - If you are unhappy with the delivery charge applied,
please do not purchase. When comparing prices I urge you to compare the total "delivered" price.
As Royal Mail charge by weight & not the number of envelopes sent I do not offer combined postage
discounts - sorry.
Returns / Warranty
Everything is supplied with a one year warranty & may be returned (At your cost) for exchange during
this period if faulty. In addition goods can be returned within 7 days for any reason as long as the item is
"as new" and sealed in a resalable condition. Please e-mail me before returning any item.
The buyer pays all return costs.
If you're in any way dissatisfied with your purchase please e-mail me with your concern and give me the
opportunity to rectify the situation before leaving feedback.
