Does your sponge bar look like picture 'A' Or picture 'B' above? If it's like 'B' then it needs replacing or you are liable to damage your machine, drop stitches and lower both the performance of your machine and affect the quality of the knitting.

POST AND PACKING FOR SPONGE BARS:

When posting this item to all UK Mainland destinations we normally use Post Office Standard Parcels. We normally charge £4.95 which includes our packaging. You can now have up to 3 sponge bars for the same carriage charge (you can mix all types of sponge bar, chunky & standard). HOWEVER we are temporarily suspending this service whilst the Postal dispute is ongoing we are offering a DHL service to most mainland UK addresses at a subsidised price of £6.00 we will go back to our normal postal price of £4.95 once the dispute is over.

When you order more than one sponge bar please wait for us to send you a modified invoice to get your postal discount before you pay.

POST AND PACKING TO OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS:
Due to a change in the UK Post Office rules in the middle of 2007 I cannot send this item to addresses other than mainland UK at a viable cost. The length of this item packed exceeds the current Post Office rules & will not travel. The only way is via a heavy goods shipper making it very expensive.

Please note that we will dispatch these items within two working days of payment by *cleared funds.

This item will travel by Post Office Letter or Parcel Post and should arrive within three to five working days from dispatch but on some rare occasions it can take up to fourteen working days. Extra delays can be caused by industrial action. We keep proof of posting.

Returns & Refunds:
When you receive a delivery you should make sure that the packaging or the goods are not damaged.
First of all the packaging should be inspected for any damage, if found it should be noted on the driver's docket, we recommend that you sign for any parcel as uninspected.

Once we receive the item back we will refund the original amount including the outbound postage or carriage fee in full & in any case within thirty days of cancelation.
