If you have received goods which are faulty, damaged or we have sent you the wrong items, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail. We will replace damaged, faulty or wrong items. We will ask you to return these items, and will refund the cost of your return postage; in this case, replacements will be despatched on receipt of the returned items.
If for any reason you change your mind and do not wish to keep an item, as long as the item has not been used and is in its original packaging, you can return it within 7 days and we will refund the original price you paid for the item. In this case we will not refund the original postage or the return postage. |
