We accept most forms of payment although we prefer PayPal. We accept debit/credit cards as well as cheques and postal orders on request (only items priced £50+). To order by credit card simply complete the auction and ring us on 0191 4102828.

Return Policy

If you receive the wrong product and/or an item is defective, please contact us within 3 working days of receiving the product for an exchange. Products must be returned as received. Anything returned that doesn't adhere to this will not be exchanged or refunded. Postage costs are non-refundable. It is the customers responsibility to check compatibility prior to purchasing the item. We do not guarantee compatability and are not responsible for this.
