The Bender Ball gives you selective stabilization, increasing the intensity and targeting the muscles from all sides which regular crunches and larger exercise ball can't always reach - working your upper abs, the sides and those hard to reach lower abs.

With a regular crunch on the floor, you’re limited. You can only go forward and can’t go back lower than the level of the floor. With the Bender Ball, you’re getting extension back and flexion forward, working your muscles more effectively and allowing you to sculpt beautiful abs faster.

The Bender Ball inflates to 8 inches and deflates to suit your requirements.

Great addition to any pilates or Yoga workout to produce an unstable surface to constantly work your core during exercise. Also a great tool for physiotherapy.

Some exercise ideas include:

- Ball placed behind lower back for crunches.

- Lie back with ball placed under the buttocks for lower leg raises to target lower abs.

- Ball placed behind lower back for oblique twists.

- Stand on ball during squats and lunges to create an unstable surface.

- Ball can be used during planks to create an unstable surface.

- Whilst on your knees, place ball under forearms and roll ball out in front of you.

- lying on your back, place foot (or both feet if you have two balls) onto the balls for bridges and hip raises.

- Kneel on balls to train balance.

- Perform press ups on balls.

- Place ball between knees and squeeze thighs together for an inner thigh workout.
