Karo light corn syrup is great for cooking. Used in tons of American recipes, its a great thing to have handy in the kitchen. Corn syrup is a mildly sweet, concentrated solution of dextrose and other sugars derived from corn starch. The light version has vanilla added to it. Alternatively we also supply dark corn syrup ( see our other auctions!) which also contains refiners' syrup (a cane sugar product with a molasses-like flavour) A recipe for Pecan Pie is on the back of the bottle.
