All Koi purchases must be paid within 7 days, Any Koi that is not paid will be reported
and the koi will be relisted.

Shipping

Koi are dispatched on a overnight secure courier service, to arrive next day before 12 noon, all Koi shipments must be signed for on delivery.
Each specially prepared box has instructions inside on how to manage the koi once they have arrived. 
We ask all our customer to contact us once they have received their koi to ensure they were delivered on time, and more importantly that they are happy with there Koi purchased from Mitchkoi.  Buying Koi Online could not be easier, buy with confidence, use the specialists.

Refunds on Koi purchases are not permitted, only in exceptional circumstances would we consider a refund. All costs incurred by Mitchkoi will be taken into consideration and deducted from a permitted refund.

Any genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or credited, however, we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item,  faulty items must be returned for inspection within 7 days of receipt.  Customers will be responsible for postage charges incurred for returns.  If a returned  item is found to be faulty, we will replace or credit items and postage cost incurred.
