We make fitting service. Our charge depends on the fitting method and materials required and the distance where you are. When e-mail info@artistico.co.uk for a quote, please give us the following information: 1. Your address;  2. Number and size of the rooms;  3. Item number of the flooring you want, as it is listed on ebay;  4. Some more details about your subfloor (is it concrete, how deep and old or is it old boards, are all of them well fixed and level). In order to have our quote immediately, please do not miss any of these four points details.

   INSTALLATION GUIDELINES

  • We recommend that our solid wood floors are 'secret-nailed', but where height is critical they can be glued directly
  • Plywood is recommended as a suitable base to provide hold for nails. If fixing directly over existing floorboards, ensure these are secure and level. A 6mm plywood base can be used to level uneven floorboards. If laying onto concrete, a plywood of 18-24mm is recommended.
  • Allow up to 7 days for the wood to acclimatise
  • Ensure there is a 10mm gap around the floor for expansion
