About the Dreamcatcher
The dreamcatcher has been a part of Native American culture for generations. One element of Native American dream catcher relates to the tradition of the hoop. Some Native Americans of North America held the hoop in the highest esteem, because it symbolized strength and unity. Many symbols started around the hoop, and one of these symbols is the dream catcher.
Dream Catcher Lore:
Dream Catchers, one of the most beautiful stories in Native American Indian Mythology. A loop - its center woven in a web-like pattern - when hung over or near your bed swinging freely in the air, catches the dreams as they flow by. The good dreams know how to pass through the dream catcher, slipping through the outer holes and slide down the soft feathers so gently that many times the sleeper does not know that he/she is dreaming. The bad dreams not knowing the way become hopelessly tangled in the web where they perish with the first light of the new day.
How the traditional Dreamcatcher is made:
Using a hoop of willow, and decorating it with findings, bits and pieces of everyday life, (feathers, arrow heads, beads, etc).

Unfortunately, we have been unable to locate any Native American owned factories that produce the kind of products we want to make available. As a consequence we are forced to seek outside sources to manufacture some of the items we sell. Unless our description of any items specifically states that this item was handcrafted by a particular Native American artist, please assume that it is a manufactured item.

About eBay 5 Star Rating System (DSR) ~
"When you give 4 stars, it may seem like a great score, for instance 4 stars in Shipping Time means "Quickly;" eBay, however, considers this a sub-par mark. eBay standards require sellers to maintain 4.8 & above or be penalized with higher fees & less exposure of our listings.
We strive for 5-star service by stating upfront our policies, our shipping rate & our shipping frequency.
If you were pleased with this transaction, please respond with all 5 stars! If you are not pleased, let us know via e-mail, and we'll work to make it that way.
Let's work together to make a great community, full of fabulous bargains & fun for all."
