Payment options

Paypal is the preferred option of payment. If paying by E-cheque I will not post before funds are in my account, paypal can take up to a fortnight to clear e-cheques (no idea why it should take that long?)

Postal orders /Cheques are also accepted but goods will not be dispatched until funds have cleared. Please send a print out of invoice with the postal order / cheque

Communication

Emails are sent once payment has been received and goods are dispatched (automatically)

Due to a large volume of emails being received everyday, all messages should be left via the eBay message system

Returns

All items are security marked

I am happy to accept returned goods if item is faulty where a full refund (less postage) will be issued. Exchanges may also be possible

A note about reprogramming.

We are not reprogramming experts. Please investigate reprogramming before bidding, some remotes can be reprogrammed yourself others require an auto electrician / dealer to reprogram it. Either way a new key will cost a lot more than the auto electrician/ dealership will charge for reprogramming a used fob. Many sites on the internet offer good advice about reprogramming keys
