This is a brand new high quality Lever Craft Paper Punch / Photo Cutter. It cuts photo or artwork to 39mm (maximum) Heart Shape. A see through lens at the bottom allows accurate cutting and lever handle makes paper punching easy and simply.

  

Making your own insert for keyrings (available separately in our eBay shop), fridge magnets, scrapbooks, ID cards can’t be easier. You can cut your inserts with logos, pictures or artworks in seconds. For best results, please use 120gsm or thicker paper.

  

The photo cutter / paper punch has shape edges and must be handled with care. It is not suitable for use by children.
