Various Seconds/Returns Kids Clothes as sold in major high street store

  • You are bidding on 1 box of Seconds/Returns Childrens Clothes + Shoes with an R.R.P. of at least £1000 from the leading retailer in the UK
  • The box has an R.R.P of approximately £900 clothes and £100 Shoes.
  • The items are unchecked, ungraded, raw returns/seconds.
  • They may not come in original packaging.
  • Both Winter and summer collection items.
  • Please do not email to ask questions regarding specific items in the lot.
  • This bulk sale will be none refundable and therefore classed as 'sold as seen'.

    The lot may be collected by purchaser from our warehouse in Kirton Lindsey, North Lincolnshire. We do not accept collection by courier.

These are brand new items that are not returns.

A Grade Goods

These are unused catalogue returns that have been fully inspected for faults and any problems have been rectified. In addition, this product complies to the appropriate BSI Standard. Buy with confidence.

B Grade Goods

These are very slightly used goods that have been refurbished to a very high standard with new parts fitted where necessary. In addition, this product complies to the appropriate BSI Standard.

C Grade Goods

These are used goods that have been inspected and repaired to comply with the appropriate BSI Standard. New parts will be used only where necessary, but these products are in a good, serviceable condition.

    After Bidding

    After successfully purchasing an item, please be sure to make payment within one week. Please pay through our Marketplace Advisor checkout, if you pay directly through paypal, we will not be aware that we have received your order. Any items unpaid after 7 days will be relisted and you may receive an item strike.

Items are usually despatched the next working day. If your item is not available for any reason you will be notified by email.

Please do not email us to ask if we have sent your item(s). All items are despatched as above and you should receive an email confirming your item has been sent. Please only email me if you have not received your order after 7 working days.

Please do not email to ask me if I can provide a delivery date. We despatch a large amount of orders each week and therefore, unfortunately, this is not possible. Our couriers will send you a confirmation email to let you know when to expect your delivery.

Please do not email me to ask if I have received your payment through PayPal. I am automatically notified by PayPal when a payment has been made through our checkout.

In cases where winning bidders fail to pay for their items, we will initiate eBay's Unpaid Item Process.

FEEDBACK: As soon as we have received positive feedback from the buyer, eBay will automatically leave positive feedback against the buyers ID within 10 minutes.     Delivery Charges

    We only accept PayPal and we do not charge our customers extra for using this method.

Our consumer sales via eBay are offered to the United Kingdom only.

Please make payment up to 3 days after winning items. Orders will then be despatched the next working day, usually on a next day delivery service. Please allow extra time for courier to deliver.

Please be sure to check delivery charges for all items before bidding.

For any items outside mainland England, Scotland and Wales an additional charge WILL nearly always apply.

Northern Ireland, The Shetland Islands and Scottish Highlands, The Isle of Wight, The Isle of Man, The Isle of Scilly, Jersey, The Channel Islands and more. The delivery charge will be £25 for one item to be sent on a three day delivery. Additional items postage will be at the rate shown.

RECEIVING A DELIVERY: We use City-Link for all our recorded deliveries. All items sent by City-Link are insured and require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is home to sign for delivery. City-Link attempt delivery two times. If the item has not been delivered then we will charge postage again for redelivery or remove the postage charge and refund the remainder of the balance.
Collections are not permitted except for pallets.

MULTIPLE ITEMS: We offer a discount for multiple items sent out together. This will be reduced at checkout. Shipping discounts will NOT be given if multiple checkouts are made. The most expensive postage remains full price with each items postage thereafter being reduced by £2

    Returns Policy

    We give a 28 day guarantee on all items. Please check the goods you receive within 48 hours of receiving your item as items with missing or broken parts will not be rectified after this time period.

All returns must be booked by ourselves and only returns with a valid authorisation number, which we give you, will be accepted.

If you have received the item and it has missing or broken parts then you should contact us immediately and we will try to obtain the correct parts, if this is not possible the end solution would be a full refund.

If a product is returned for repair and it is not a manufacturing fault, a charge for repair will apply. A courier charge will apply to return your item if no fault is found.

If a product is returned for a credit and does not have a manufacturers fault we will ask for you to pay the delivery charge to have it returned to you or refund you minus the postage. The product must be in the same condition it was in when you received it.
Pallets are exempt, they are classed as sold as seen and no replacements or refunds will be given.
