no idea of make, but seems really well made,

 alot of aluminium.

engine turns over.

a steering arm is broken

came from a garage clearance, so no idea about starting it, etc.

being sold as spares/ repair, 99p start.

good for spares and probably with abit of TLC might be good enough to get going again.
