We Ship Domestically (USA) and Internationally

Tickets ship as soon as they are in hand. 95% of the time that means the same day you place the order. Sometimes, tickets will ship closer to the event date if we are still waiting on them to arrive.

Electronic email delivery of eTickets is sometimes available. Please note, this option is only for certain tickets and is not available for every ticket and/or event.  If you select the office pickup/e-mail option and you wish for your tickets to be shipped, you will need to pay the additional cost for shipping before your tickets are shipped.  The fee for e-delivery is $10.

We will only ship to PayPal confirmed addresses. Please do not buy/submit an offer if you do not have a confirmed address.

Shipping Is Done Through FedEx. You Will Be Provided With A Tracking Number As Soon As Your Tickets Ship After Payment Is Received.

Q. Is the price for all the tickets or just one?
A. We have two different types of listings. For listings of 4 or less tickets the price is for all tickets specified in the group. For 5 or more tickets the price is per ticket.

If tickets are in PDF format, they can be emailed to you up until the time the event takes place, ONLY if the event is less than 72 hours away. If tickets are emailed to you, you will be asked to confirm you can view/print tickets.  The fee for e-mail is $10.

714Tickets reserves the right to upgrade you seating location without notification.  An upgrade consists of: a row lower than originally purchased except for auto racing events or when the lower row will obstruct your seats; a section closer to home plate, stage, or 50 YD line; a section of the same geographic location but on the opposite side of the venue.  If your seats are not available we will work to find you substitute tickets that are comparable to what you purchased.  You may opt for a refund if we are unable to find you seats of the same or better location.  714Tickets will determine if a seating location is an upgrade.

* PayPal is the only method of payment. You can pay through paypal using a credit card, debit card, or bank account.
* Payment must be made first for the auction to end.

* If the event is more than 7 days away payment must be received within 48 hours of purchase or your offer being accepted. If the event is less than 7 days away payment must be received within 24 hours.

If you can not pay within those time frames please do not purchase or submit an offer.
