Up for auction is a very high quality 14k white gold Blue Sapphire & diamond ring. The ring features a fantastic quality natural rare round cut blue sapphire, four prong set and flanked by 2 round diamond accent diamonds, prong set on either side of the sapphire. This is not a typical sapphire, this is a very rare and sought after variety due to the deep high end blue colouration and high clarity and gem transparency of the stone.  The sapphire is very lively and clean, the clarity is clean VVS-VS, clean to the naked eye and quite clean under magnification, especially for sapphire which is typically included by nature, often opaque.  The sapphire has a weight of 1.28ct.

The two diamond accents add a sizeable 0.43ct, with a total gem weight of 1.71cts.  The diamonds are H-I colour and completely clean to the eye SI1-SI2 clarity enhanced quality, adding a bright sparkle to the ring.  This is a wonderful elegant ring setting, featuring lovely feminine design.  The sapphire itself is magnificent, clean deep rare colour and full of life, a must see and an exceptional value.  Similar rings have been professionally appraised for approximately $2,850 US and this ring can be sent in for appraisal by a professional gemologist for a small fee.

Ring size is USA size 6 3/4 or approximately size N 1/2 to O, but can be sized, ring weight is a solid 4.0 grams.
