• Auction Description.  By bidding on this item you are entering an eBay contract between yourself (the buyer) and New2006power (the seller). All bids are final, when clicking the Buy It Now Button, please ensure you only press it once for one piece, as multiple transactions will be processed and charges will be applied for errors and corrections if applicable to your order. To the best of our knowledge, the auction description is accurate on the day of the listing on eBay. You have to consult your electrical engineer for expert advice before installing any electrical and/or electronic part and/or component.

• Auction Process. On completion of your auction bid, we will send you an email to inform you (the buyer) that we have received your bid, on completion of checkout and we have received your payment, a second email will be sent to confirm that we are in receipt of your payment. Most of our items are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment. Once we have dispatched the order, a third and final email will be sent to confirm dispatch of the order.

• Payment Reminder. Payment must be received within 3 days of the auction end, as our storage premises are limited and we cannot hold onto items indefinitely. Items that are not paid within 2 days of the auction end, an auction payment reminder will be automatically sent. After 5 days of auction end, a non paying item reminder will be filed and we reserve the right to proceed to claim back all the auction fees and administrative expense, this will also unfortunately result in you (the buyer) receiving an unpaid item strike from eBay and relevant explanatory feedback left to warn other sellers of non-paying buyer.

• Insurance. Insurance is optional but recommended. We are not responsible for any shipping damage or lost package. Please note that insurance will only cover item cost, shipping & handling cost will not be covered.

• Shipment. Most orders are usually dispatched within two business days of receiving cleared payment. The estimated shipping times are 3~8 days. Sometimes a couple days of delay may happen. The seller is not responsible for delivery time. Delivery times are provided by the carrier, excluding weekends and bank holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. All items will be shipped to winning bidders from our warehouse ONLY; we do not provide the service of customer pickups from any of our store locations.  If the item is just out of stock, lost or broken, we will ship the item from our warehouse in the nearest neighbouring country.
  (If you don't receive the item within 15 days of payment, you must notify us. We will not be responsible for any non-receivable item after 30 days of the auction end)

• Postage Discount on Multiple Purchases/Combined Shipment.  No postage discount  on multiple purchases/combined shipment is currently offered for this auction.

• International Buyer. An international bidder/buyer has the responsibility to make sure that he/she can lawfully import the item into his/her country before bidding/buying the item. Each country has different laws that limit the types of goods that can be imported into his/her country. An international buyer has to be responsible for any duties/tariffs that may be applicable.

• Returns Policy. All auction sales are final. Please carefully read the item description and the entire text of the auction completely for important information to this item and ask us any question before placing your bid. Within 14 days of receipt of the item, if an item is defective, we will either replace the item if stock allows or refund you the auction amount (minus postage & handling charges) at our discretion. Postage & handling charges cannot be refunded as this is an expense we cannot claim back on. In addition, customs, duties, taxes and any other applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and cannot be refunded. Any return must be in its original packing, undamaged and in a re-saleable condition, and must not be installed or used. We will not cover warranty due to any physical damage, improper use, abuse or any modification of the item by the buyer.

• Liability Limit. In no event shall New2006power, its subsidiaries, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the products or bids placed on eBay, eBay's services of these terms and conditions (however arising, including negligence), including lost profits, whether or not the possibility of such damages was, or could have been, known. The liability of New2006power, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and suppliers, and the respective employees, to you or any third parties in any circumstance is limited to the greater of (a) the amount paid by you for the product purchased hereunder, and (b) ?00. New2006power reserves the right to change or discontinue any product, prices, or other content listed on eBay without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

• Feedback Policy. Feedback is automatically left via eBay's Selling Manager Pro's software. If you leave us feedback, then we will leave you. Please do not email us asking for feedback to be left, we will do it automatically on receipt of your feedback first. The reason we leave feedback after receipt of feedback given is to avoid eBay scams and frauds from freely operating on eBay.

• Rights Reserved.  We reserve the right to cancel bids from any unwelcome bidder. The winning bidder will automatically enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller. If the seller is unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 2 days of the auction end or the payment is not received within 3 days of the auction end, the seller reserves the rights to claim back all the costs of the listing, selling and administrative expenses from the winning bidder and re-list the item.
