Please note all deliveries must be signed (UNCHECKED) and are to UK Mainland Only, Monday - Friday. A Delivery DAY is stated only, (Not Times) and All customers are emailed the day before delivery, (please ensure your email address is current and available for contact) with additional instructions. The delivery will be attempted 1st on day 1 and then again on day 2, if on day 1 you miss the delivery and are carded by our courier, you can contact (same day) and re-organise a convenient day. All deliveries after day 2 are chargeable and if goods returned due to failed delivery a £50 handling/Admin charge will apply.

All Shortages/Damages Must Be Reported with 48hrs and a picture may be required, after this time please refer to Manufactures warranty and returned goods after 7 Days are subject to minimum 25% re-stocking charge and all returns should be accompanied by our returns note (completed) and an authorisation number, given by our sales office.

All returns MUST be in a re-saleable condition, No writing on the box/product and should be sealed with clear tape, please insure any return for your own protection against transit damage by your courier.
